If nobody's home and your address are not suitable to leave a parcel unattended or the front door was not easily accessible (e.g. gated property, pets, secure apartment block).
Our delivery partner, Australia Post will deliver your parcel to your nearest Post Office. Your parcel will stay in the post office for 10 days maximum. If unclaimed, after this timeframe, it will then be returned back to the sender.
As soon as it is received by our Distribution Center, we will then contact you to confirm if you still wish to have it reshipped (free of cost) or refunded. If you prefer to get a refund, the initial shipping cost will not be refunded to you. However, if we receive no response from you within 5 business days of our contact, the item will be automatically canceled and will be back in stock and a refund will be automatically processed excluding the initial shipping cost amount.
