You will need to provide a photo of the front and the back of the access card and discuss the reason for the return. Then, we will respond as soon as we evaluate the item.
If we find that the item is damaged, part of the code is scratched-off or if it has already been used, we will not accept the return nor accept any responsibility for your financial losses by that.
If a return request is rejected, Customer Service will advise you of the reason for the rejection within a couple of days from when the request is received.
