When purchasing a Zookal Study subscription, you commit to a non-refundable rolling membership with periodic billing.
You may cancel the subscription at any time as outlined in our Cancellation Guide here.
If you would like to request a refund, you may do so by contacting the Zookal Customer Service Team within 30 days of billing, which Zookal will consider at our discretion. No refund will be considered for any billing after 30 days.
