What payment methods do you accept?

We accept online payments using Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Zip, and Afterpay as well as Google and Apple Pay. 

Select your preferred payment option at the time of checkout. If you choose to pay by credit or debit card, you will be requested to enter your card details. Your payment method will only be charged once you have selected to proceed with your order.

Please be advised that if the items on your cart include the Zookal Study free trial subscription, Zip and Afterpay will not be available as a payment option as a card is required to subscribe for the subscription.

When purchasing online at Zookal, your financial details are passed through a secure server using the latest encryption technology. Please note that your credit or debit card details are never stored on the Zookal website in any way and are passed to our payment gateway for authorization and authentication.
