Zookal has a limited time in which we can modify an order before it begins being processed in our Distribution Centre or with our Suppliers. Zookal, therefore, applies a strict cut-off to make a change to an order including updating a shipping address, adjusting the quantity or adding items to an order after it's placed, or cancelling an item or the whole order.
As a guide, the cut off to make changes to an order or a cancellation is 2 hours for In-Stock items or 1 business day in all other cases. Zookal Customer Care should contact our Customer Care Team to check the exact status and will make reasonable efforts to action these provided the order hasn’t progressed too far to intervene successfully.
Exchanges, adding, or substituting items on an order is not possible after these times and a new order will be required to be placed. Note we are unable to combine multiple orders. Note that any addition or substitution may cause a change in the shipping time frame for that order so please be aware of the advised shipping time for added or substituted items.
